This workshop is designed to provide hands-on opportunities for participants to explore the implications of decisions they may be faced with while working in legal settings.  Although the focus is on courtroom interpreting, participants will be encouraged to examine out-of-court interpreting and its affect on their in-court work. Topics of discussion will include the roles and responsibilities of interpreters in the courtroom, strategis to employ to avoid ethical quagmires, and the findings of relevant literature.

Presenter: Jeremy Brunson, PhD, CI/CT, SC:L
